No later than one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the Signing Date and prior to the first drawdown, the Borrower shall pay to the Lender an appraisal fee of one per cent (1%) calculated on the maximum amount of the Facility.

7 REPAYMENT

Following expiry of the Grace Period, the Borrower shall repay the Lender the principal amount of the Facility in sixteen (16) equal semi-annual instalments, due and payable on each Payment Date. The first instalment shall be due and payable on April 25, 2029, and the last instalment shall be due and payable on October 25, 2036.

After each fixed Interest Rate Drawdown, the Lender shall deliver to the Borrower an amortisation schedule in respect of the Facility taking into account, if applicable, any potential cancellation of the Facility pursuant to Clauses 8.3 (Cancellation by the Borrower) and/or 8.4 (Cancellation by the Lender).
