The Borrower undertakes (i) to ensure that its payment obligations under this Agreement rank at all times at least pari passu with its other current and future unsecured and unsubordinated payment obligations; (ii) not to grant prior ranking or guarantees to any other lenders except if the same ranking or guarantees are granted by the Borrower in favour of the Lender, if so requested by the Lender.
