amendments will be made in good faith and taking into account, (i) the recommendations of any Relevant Nominating Body, or (ii) the recommendations of the administrator of the Screen Rate, or (iii) the industry solution recommended by professional associations in the banking sector or, (iv) the market practice observed in a series of comparable financing transactions on the replacement date.
