In case of replacement of the Screen Rate, the Lender will promptly

notify the Borrower of the replacement terms and conditions to replace the Screen Rate with the Replacement Benchmark, which will be applicable to Interest Periods starting at least two Business Days after the Screen Rate Replacement Date.
