that if a Screen Rate Replacement Event occurs and in order to preserve the economic balance of the Agreement, the Lender may replace the Screen Rate with another rate (the "Replacement Benchmark") which may include an adjustment margin in order to avoid any transfer of economic value between the Parties (if any) (the "Adjustment Margin") and the Lender will determine the date from which the Replacement Benchmark and, if any, the Adjustment Margin shall replace the Screen Rate and any other amendments to the Agreement required as a result of the replacement of the Screen Rate by the Replacement Benchmark.
