Član 13.3 Zakon o potvrđivanju Ugovora o kreditnom aranžmanu br. CRS 1029 01 N između Francuske agencije za razvoj i Republike Srbije – Notification of an Event of Default
(Co-Financing), the Borrower shall promptly notify the Lender upon becoming aware of any event which is or is likely to be an Event of Default and inform the Lender of all the measures contemplated by the Borrower to remedy it.
