Član 3.1 Zakon o potvrđivanju Ugovora o kreditnom aranžmanu br. CRS 1029 01 N između Francuske agencije za razvoj i Republike Srbije – Drawdown amounts
The Facility will be made available to the Borrower during the Availability Period, in several Drawdowns, provided that the number of Drawdowns shall not exceed seventy (70).
For fixed interest rate Drawdowns, each Drawdown shall be of a minimum amount of three million Euros (EUR 3 000 000) or an amount equal to the Available Facility if such amount is less than three million Euros (EUR 3 000 000).
For floating interest rate Drawdowns, each Drawdown shall be of a minimum amount of one hundred thousand Euros (EUR 100,000) or an amount equal to the Available Facility if such amount is less than one hundred thousand Euros (EUR 100,000).
