Član 10.7 Zakon o potvrđivanju Ugovora o kreditnom aranžmanu br. CRS 1029 01 N između Francuske agencije za razvoj i Republike Srbije – Governing law and enforcement
The choice of French law as the governing law of this Agreement will be recognised and enforced by the courts and arbitration tribunals in the jurisdiction of the Borrower.
b)
Any judgment obtained in relation to this Agreement in a French court or any award by an arbitration tribunal will be recognised and enforced in the jurisdiction of the Borrower.
