Section11.15.

Project specific covenants

The Borrower shall:
a)
Through the MEP, provide its best effort to implement the recommendations contained in the Livelihood Restauration Plan of the Project;
b)
Through the MEP, ensure that the operation of the regional waste management centres have adequate resources and suitably qualified personnel, after the completion of the Project;
c)
Through the MEP, develop or update regional waste management plans for each regional waste management centre.
12 INFORMATION UNDERTAKINGS
The undertakings in this Clause 12 (Information Undertakings) take effect on the Signing Date and remain in full force and effect for as long as any amount is outstanding under this Agreement.
