No deductions or withholdings. The Borrower will make all payments under this

Agreement without any deductions for taxes, other public charges or other costs.

In the event that the Borrower is required by law or for any other reason to make

deductions or withholdings from any payments, then it shall pay any such

necessary additional amounts to KfW so that the net amount remaining after any

withholding or deduction corresponds to the amount which would have been

payable had no such deduction or withholding been made.
