Section11.2.
Legal consequences of the occurrence of a cause for termination. If one of the
events mentioned in
Article 11.1
 (Reasons for termination) hereof has occurred,
KfW may immediately suspend disbursements under this Agreement. If this event
is not resolved within a period of five days (in the case of
Article 11.1
 a) hereof)
or in all other cases of
Article 11.1
 (Reasons for termination) hereof within a
period determined by KfW which, however, shall be at least 30 days, KfW may
cancel this Agreement in whole or in part with the consequence that its
obligations under this Agreement cease and KfW may demand the immediate
repayment of all or part of the Outstanding Loan Amount together with the
interest accrued and the remaining amounts owed under this Agreement. Articles
6.5 (Default interest) and 6.6 (Lump-sum compensation) hereof apply to
accelerated amounts mutatis mutandis.
