Section6.1.
Calculation. The following will apply to the calculation of interest, Commitment
Fee, default interest pursuant to
Article 6.5
 (Default interest) hereof, lump-sum
compensation payments for overdue amounts pursuant to
Article 6.6
 (Lump-sum
compensation) hereof, Non-Utilisation Fee and Prepayment Fee:
a)
If a variable interest rate is applied to the respective Loan amount, interest,
default interest, lump-sum compensation payments for overdue amounts,
Non-Utilisation Fee and Prepayment Fee will be calculated on the basis of
a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed.
b)
If a fixed interest rate is applied to the respective Loan amount, interest,
default interest, lump-sum compensation payments for overdue amounts,
Non-Utilisation Fee and Prepayment Fee will be calculated on the basis of
a 360-day year and thirty-day months.
c)
The Commitment Fee will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year with
thirty-day months.
