Morgan SE, kao Agenta i JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., London Branch, kao Prvobitnog ovlašćenog vodećeg aranžera i Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank i Ing Bank N.V., kao ovlašćenih vodećih aranžera i Određenih drugih finansijskih institucija, kao Prvobitnih zajmodavaca

document to be made or delivered under or in connection with the Finance

Documents is:

in the case of the Borrower and the Agent, those identified with its

name on the signatories pages;

in the case of each Arranger, that notified in writing to the Agent on

or prior to the date on which it becomes a Party; and

in the case of each Lender, that notified in writing to the Agent on or

prior to the date on which it becomes a Party,

or any substitute address or department or officer as the Party may notify to

the Agent (or the Agent may notify to the other Parties, if a change to its

own contact details is made by the Agent) by not less than five (5) Business

Days' notice.
