Each Party shall not disclose the content of this Agreement to any third party without the prior consent of the other Party, except to any person to whom it has a disclosure obligation under any applicable law, regulation or judicial ruling;

Furthermore, the Lender may disclose any information or documents in relation to the Project to: (i) its auditors, experts, rating agencies, legal advisers or supervisory bodies; (ii) any person or entity to whom the Lender may assign or transfer all or part of its rights or obligations under the Agreement; (iii) the French State, and in particular the ministries to which the Lender reports, for the purposes of the Lender's activity; (iv) the Co-Financier; and any person or entity for the purpose of taking any protective measures or preserving the rights of the Lender under the Agreement;

Furthermore, the Borrower hereby expressly authorizes the Lender to communicate and to disclose on the Lender’s Website information relating to the Project and its financing as listed in Schedule 7 (Information that and the Lender is authorized expressly to disclose on the Lender’s Website (in particular on its open data platform)).
