1. This Agreement shall be open for signature by the Member Countries of the

ICPO-INTERPOL from the date on which it is adopted by the General

Assembly until two years thereafter.

2. This Agreement shall be subject to ratification, acceptance, or approval by the

signatory States. The instruments of ratification, acceptance, or approval shall

be deposited with the Secretary General of the ICPO-INTERPOL.

3. This Agreement shall remain open for accession. The instruments of

accession shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the ICPO-

INTERPOL.
