This Agreement shall enter into force 30 (thirty) days after the date of the receipt of the last notification in writing, through diplomatic channels, that the requirements envisaged by their national legislation for its entry into force have been met. It shall remain valid for a period of five years, thereafter its validity shall be extended for consecutive periods of two years, unless terminated. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by informing the other Party through diplomatic channels. The validity of the present Agreement shall cease after 90 (ninety) days from the date on which such notice has been received.
