Nationals of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, shall be allowed to enter, transit through and stay in the territory of the other Party without a visa for a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days during a period of 90 (ninety) days following the date of first entry.

Nationals of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, members of the staff of a diplomatic or consular mission located in the territory of the other Party, and their dependents, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, may enter and reside without a visa, if their first entry is notified through diplomatic channels 30 (thirty) days prior to it.

Nationals of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, representing their country in an international organization located in the territory of the other Party, and their dependents, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, shall be entitled to the same rights referred to in

paragraph 1 of the present Article

Nationals of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, shall cross the border only at the border crossing points intended for international travel.

Nationals of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, shall be obliged to abide by the laws and regulations of the other Party, during their stay in the territory of that Party.

This Agreement shall not restrict the right of the competent authorities of either Party to refuse admission of entry, shorten or terminate the stay of the national of the other Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, without giving the reasons for their decision, provided that he/she is considered persona non grata.

The Parties shall exchange, through diplomatic channels, specimens of their valid diplomatic and official passports and all information concerning their use.

If new passports are introduced, or if the current ones undergo modifications, either Party shall immediately inform the other Party and exchange their specimens through diplomatic channels, prior to their formal introduction.

Any disputes that might arise out of the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement shall be settled through diplomatic channels.

Either Party may suspend, on a temporary basis, in part or in whole, the implementation of this Agreement for reasons of national security, public order or public health. Such a suspension shall become effective immediately after the other Party receives notice thereon through diplomatic channels. Either Party shall apply the same procedure if the suspension is lifted.

Either Party may request in writing, through diplomatic channels, amendments to the present Agreement. Any amendment agreed upon by the Parties shall enterinto force as described in

Article 10

of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall enter into force 30 (thirty) days after the date of the receipt of the last notification in writing, through diplomatic channels, that the requirements envisaged by their national legislation for its entry into force have been met. It shall remain valid for a period of five years, thereafter its validity shall be extended for consecutive periods of two years, unless terminated. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time by informing the other Party through diplomatic channels. The validity of the present Agreement shall cease after 90 (ninety) days from the date on which such notice has been received. Done in New York on September 25, 2024, in two original copies, in English language.

Državljani obe Strane, nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, imaju pravo da ulaze, prolaze i borave na teritoriji druge strane bez vize, u periodu do 30 (trideset) dana u toku perioda od 90 (devedeset) dana, od dana prvog ulaska.

Državljani obe Strane, nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, koji su članovi osoblja diplomatskog ili konzularnog predstavništva na teritoriji druge Strane, i članovi njihovih porodica, nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, mogu da ulaze i borave bez vize ukoliko je njihov prvi ulazak najavljen, diplomatskim putem, trideset (30) dana unapred.

Državljani obe Strane, koji su nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, koji predstavljaju svoju zemlju u međunarodnoj organizaciji koja se nalazi na teritoriji druge Strane, kao i članovi njihovih porodica, nosioci važećih diplomatskih i službenih pasoša, imaju ista prava koja su navedena

u stavu 1. ovog člana

Državljani obe Strane, nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, prelaziće granicu samo na graničnim prelazima namenjenim za međunarodni saobraćaj.

Državljani obe Strane, nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, dužni su da poštuju zakone i propise druge Strane, za vreme svog boravka na teritoriji te Strane.

Ovaj sporazum ne uskraćuje pravo nadležnim organima bilo koje Strane da odbije da prihvati ulazak, da skrati ili okonča boravak državljana druge Strane koji su nosioci važećih diplomatskih ili službenih pasoša, ne navodeći razloge za svoju odluku, pod uslovom da se on/ona smatraju nepoželjnom osobom.

Strane će razmeniti diplomatskim putem uzorke svojih važećih diplomatskih i službenih pasoša, kao i sve informacije vezane za njihovu upotrebu.

Ako se uvedu novi pasoši ili ukoliko se postojeći izmene, svaka Strana će odmah obavestiti drugu Stranu i razmeniti njihove uzorke diplomatskim putem, pre njihovog zvaničnog uvođenja.

Svi sporovi koji mogu proizaći iz tumačenja ili sprovođenja ovog sporazuma rešavaće se diplomatskim putem.

Obe Strane mogu obustaviti, privremeno, delimično ili u celini, sprovođenje ovog sporazuma iz razloga nacionalne bezbednosti, javnog reda ili javnog zdravlja. Takva obustava stupa na snagu odmah nakon što druga Strana bude obaveštena o tome, diplomatskim putem. Obe Strane postupaju na isti način u slučaju prestanka obustave.

Obe Strane mogu zatražiti izmene i dopune ovog sporazuma, u pisanom obliku, diplomatskim putem. Izmene i dopune o kojima Strane postignu saglasnost stupaju na snagu na način predviđen

u članu 10.

ovog sporazuma.

Ovaj sporazum stupa na snagu 30-og (tridesetog) dana od dana prijema poslednjeg pisanog obaveštenja, diplomatskim putem, da su ispunjeni uslovi propisani njihovim nacionalnim zakonodavstvom za stupanje Sporazuma na snagu. Ostaje na snazi pet godina, nakon čega se njegova važnost produžava na uzastopne periode od dve godine, osim u slučaju raskida.

Svaka Strana može da otkaže ovaj sporazum u bilo kom trenutku tako što će o tome obavestiti drugu Stranu, diplomatskim putem. Period važenja ovog sporazuma prestaje 90-og (devedesetog) dana od dana prijema takvog obaveštenja.
