Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the CEB, the Borrower shall not be entitled to:

the issue of a Disbursement Request for the first Tranche beyond twelve

months after the execution of the Agreement by the Parties;

ii)

the issue of any further Disbursement Request beyond eighteen (18) months after the last disbursement; or

iii)

the issue of any further Disbursement Request beyond the day falling fifteen (15) Business Days before the Closing Date.
