this Agreement shall be construed as references to this Agreement as supplemented, amended or restated from time to time;

ii)

a Party or any other person includes its successors in title or permitted transferee;

iii)

“Clauses”, “Sub-clauses” and “Recitals” shall be construed as references to clauses, sub-clauses and recitals respectively of this Agreement; and

iv)

words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice-versa.
