The Committee of the Parties shall consist of one representative from each Party.
(2)
The Committee of the Parties shall elect its chair and vice-chair. The term of office shall be three years, renewable once. The chair shall have authority to convene the Committee of the Parties and act on its behalf.
(3)
The President of the Conference and the European Commission may participate in the Committee of the Parties as observers.
(4)
The Committee of the Parties shall adopt its own rules of procedure.
