The Borrower shall, and shall ensure that the Promoter shall, use all amounts borrowed by it under this Contract for the execution of the Project.

The Borrower shall ensure that it has available to it the other funds listed in Recital (b) and that such funds are expended, to the extent required, on the financing of the Project.

The Borrower shall make the proceeds of the disbursed Tranches available to the Promoter in such a manner as to protect the interests of the Borrower and the Bank, to comply with the provisions of this Contract and to accomplish the purposes for which the Credit was made.
