Član 4.2.A Zakon o potvrđivanju Finansijskog ugovora EPS Zeleno finansiranje A između Republike Srbije i Evropske investicione banke – Prepayment option
Subject to Articles 4.2.B, 4.2.C and 4.4, the Borrower may prepay all or part of any Tranche, together with accrued interest and indemnities if any, upon giving a Prepayment Request not earlier than 60 (sixty) and not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days' prior notice specifying:
a)
the Prepayment Amount;
b)
the Prepayment Date;
c)
if applicable, the choice of application method of the Prepayment Amount in line with
