b)The Borrower shall comply with all of its reporting obligations to the Central Bank in connection with this Agreement pursuant to the Foreign Exchange Act (Zakon o deviznom poslovanju, Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia nos. 62/2006, 31/2011, 119/2012, 139/2014 and 30/2018, as amended from time to time) and its implementing regulations, or any other legislation or regulation that may amend, supplement or replace the foregoing.
