Certified translation. Prior to the first disbursement of the Loan to one

of the Municipalities and their Programme-Executing Agencies, the Borrower, in this regard represented by the MCTI, shall provide KfW with a certified English translation for the respective Trilateral Contract as specified in
Article 2.1
 hereof. Prior to any further disbursement of the Loan to other Municipalities and their respective Programme-Executing Agencies, the Borrower shall furnish to KfW a copy and a certified English translation of the respective Trilateral Contract.
