ARTICLE VI — REPRESENTATIVE; ADDRESSESČl. 6.01.–6.03.
Section6.01.
The Borrower’s Representative, who, inter alia, may agree to modification of the provisions of this Agreement on behalf of the Borrower through exchange of letters (unless otherwise determined by the Borrower and the Bank), is its Minister of Finance.
