Nationals of the State of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, members of the staff of a diplomatic or consular mission located in the territory of the State of the other Party, and members of their respective families, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, may enter and reside without a visa, if their first entry is notified through diplomatic channels 30 (thirty) days prior to it.

Nationals of the State of either Party, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, representing their country in an international organization located in the territory of the State of the other Party, and members of their respective families, holding a valid diplomatic or official passport, shall be entitled to the same rights referred to in

paragraph 1 of the present Article
