Serbia shall participate as associated country in and contribute to the specific objective corresponding to sub-paragraph 2(b), strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs, and achieving additionality at Union level, of the Single Market Programme referred to in Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2021/690 of the European Parliament and of the Council3 in its most up to date version.
