Član Article 6 Zakon o potvrđivanju Sporazuma između Evropske zajednice za atomsku energiju (Euratom) i država nečlanica Evropske unije o učešću potonjih u dogovorima Zajednice za ranu razmenu informacija u slučaju radiološke vanredne situacije (Ecurie) – Technical arrangements
1. The existing detailed Ecurie arrangements for the exchange of information referred to in shall be implemented by the Participating Countries within three months of the date of their signature of this Agreement.
2. Thereafter, detailed arrangements for the exchange of information referred to in shall be laid down by joint Agreement between the Participating Countries, the Commission and the Member States of Euratom and tested at regular intervals. Each party shall bear its own costs in respect of the implementation of those arrangements.
