1. The Government of the People’s Republic of China shall be the depositary of this Convention.

2. The depositary shall notify all Contracting States, other signatories and the Secretary-General, in particular, of the following:

the signatures, ratifications, acceptances, approvals and accessions referred to in ;

the date on which this Convention enters into force in accordance with

;

the date on which any amendment of this Convention enters into force in accordance with

;

the declarations and notifications referred to in ; and

the denunciations referred to in
